The Rogers Direct Web
Sales team at 3100 Steeles Avenue East is hiring for Inside Sales Specialists
with a start date of August 1st, 2016. As an Inside Sales
Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing Cable, Smart Home Monitoring
and Wireless sales performance. Through excellence in sales and customer
service, the Direct Web Sales team maximizes revenue by acquiring new
Cable, Smart Home Monitoring and Wireless customers, as well as upgrading and
growing existing customer accounts. This team is unified by its passion

You are a results-driven
Inside Sales Specialist, responsible for a range of tasks including:
and outbound sales calls to residential and business addresses to sell
Rogers' Cable, Smart Home Monitoring and Wireless products and services.
listen to customers, uncover/analyze their needs, and offer customized
to meet or exceed sales targets
a need by educating customers on product & services, and maximizing
in online chat and online lead fulfillment to drive incremental sales.
to participate in and provide feedback on special projects and programs.
specialty inbound programs to deliver sales and customer intelligence.
for order fulfillment and administration of sales programs.
to a sales team environment, constantly driving continuous improvement in
programs, practices and procedures.
work with the Team Manager and other sales representatives in driving
real-time program changes: optimize programs, create program efficiencies,
improve sales conversion, and drive superior customer satisfaction.
customer trends and identify new sales programs and tactics to support
individual, team and corporate goals.
Competencies: Customer Focus; Teamwork; Communication; Accountability;
demonstrated sales background, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a
sales driven environment
call centre experience a plus, but not required
ability to positively influence others, and be product experts
motivated individual with excellent listening skills, interpersonal and
attitude and an ability to work with little supervision in a fast paced
be computer literate (strong keyboard & internet navigation skills,
